Precision Olympic Weightlifting Barbell Club

A fun and informal weekly Olympic Weightlifting session, where you can work on your technique and strength at your own pace. Each 1 hour session is structured with a progressive program and personalised coaching is available to guide you as needed. Whether you're new to weightlifting or looking to refine your skills, our friendly and supportive environment is the perfect place to train.

5:30pm Fridays in Goulburn. If you can't make the start time - never fear; the program is available from 4pm and coaching will continue as needed.
